  This hotel was in a fantastic location with beautiful surroundings, easy for walking from. The hotel owner and family were top quality hosts and made the holiday a really good experience, the meals at the restaurant were of a very high standard. The owner spoke faultless english and assisted with ideas and suggestions without being imposing.   This is one of the very nicest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The staff were polite and helpful, the food great (champagne with breakfast on Sunday!) the facilities outstanding (indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, spa, etc.) and the location was divine: the alpine scenery was straight out of "Heidi".
