  Location is very good and truly railway doesn't disturb with any noise, perfectly soundproofed. We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated.   Great friendly staff! Greated by my name during check in and had good conversation with the host. Close to train station so it's easy to hop on and off to nearby attractions - Friendly and straightforward staff. Pretty good breakfast. Better still, breakfast and wifi were included in the price. My favourite 3 star in Mannheim.

  Very nice hotel and specially very friendly people in the front. My room was big, clean, with a very nice view. It is very easy to find and it has a parking place connected to the hotel, so you can access your car without walking too much (safe from rain). - very clean, very well located, staff really helpful and nice, reception 100% efficient
