All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie.

The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The decoration is awesome and it gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfort.
