  The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.

Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

  Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". - The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.   Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets.
