  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.   Kids really enjoyed the apartment. Just about 10 minutes to Berlin City as we went to Legoland. Very clean, shops, train station and service station just walking distance. Would really recommend. - location is very good.

  Clean and modern room, in walking distance from Savigny Platz, which is a big advantage as it took us just a 30 min to get to Potsdam (direct line), great location in terms of shops, Tegel Airport (less than 20 min by a taxi), subway.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent.
