  We stayed in the hostel section of the hotel but the rooms were very clean and although a little small, much like a hotel room. The kitchen was big and very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. I think they were even cleaned overnight as they were nice again in the morning after everyone had been using them. Seemed to be very big and I can imag - - Staff were very, but very helpful and polite considering that I had a few favours and questions. Thank you so much! - My room and shared bathrooms outside were both very clean, quiet and peace on the corridors - location is really good; pretty near from Hbf train station, and also close to Altmark Galerie - Maps of Dresden and train schedule provided at reception - Breakfast included in the price. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
