  pretty well perfect for a layover in frankfurt. three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. But for a layover, you don't want to go further than Hbf for convience. We arrived at 6pm. We took the S-bahn 3 stops to Hbf, walked one blo - About 100 meters from Frankfurt’s main station. Friendly staff. Super modern and clean rooms; the toilet especially with new elegant fittings. Hi-speed Wifi. Hot drink facilities even in the single rooms. Outside on the streets: prostitutes, drug dealers, mayhem. A suitable hotel for a blitz biz trip only.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

  It´s a new hotel, very good location, very frendly staff , big rooms and very nice bathroom. I will stay in this hotel next time in the city. I will recomend to my friends.   We booked the Star for Thursday night only as the Mercure where we were based during the Bahá'í Conference did not have their special negotiated rate until Friday. We had a large, double aspect room with tea/coffee-making facilities, t.v. and en-suite shower.
