  Tullessamme hotelliin siellä oli ylibookkaus ja meille ei löytynythuonetta ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Meidät sijoitettiin toiseen viidentähden hotelliin lähistölle. Hotellissa ei ollut mitäänvalittamista ja kuljetukset ym. Toimivat moitteettomasti.Toiseksiyöksi saimme korvaukseksi Concordesta sviitin aamiaisella ja tämäoli loistavaa!   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.   Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night.   The hotel is situated on a side street off the Ku'Damm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Plus, public transportation and tour buses are close by. The hotel itself was more than I expected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.   This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station.
