  Tullessamme hotelliin siellä oli ylibookkaus ja meille ei löytynythuonetta ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Meidät sijoitettiin toiseen viidentähden hotelliin lähistölle. Hotellissa ei ollut mitäänvalittamista ja kuljetukset ym. Toimivat moitteettomasti.Toiseksiyöksi saimme korvaukseksi Concordesta sviitin aamiaisella ja tämäoli loistavaa!   Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home.   The views from our room and the hotel's location is outstanding. The proximity to TierGarten and centrum is very convenient.. However, inside the hotel, this just gets better... We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.
