  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient.   Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center... mitä ihmiset sanovat » of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :) - We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
