  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   The hotel is situated on a side street off the Ku'Damm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Plus, public transportation and tour buses are close by. The hotel itself was more than I expected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.   Tullessamme hotelliin siellä oli ylibookkaus ja meille ei löytynythuonetta ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Meidät sijoitettiin toiseen viidentähden hotelliin lähistölle.
