  This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

  Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center... mitä ihmiset sanovat » of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :) - We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very modern. A very good value for money.

The hotel itself was more than I expected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.   Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.
