  They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central.   Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. The ceilings were very high in the rooms giving them a very spacious feel. Double room had a large bathroom wth a big showe
