the rooms were lovely! We were first to stay in our room which had been just renovated, The staff were so friendly! The location was great too - not far to walk to the centre of the old town but quiet - A beautiful brand new hotel , good location and great service. Sparkling clean, attractive rooms.

Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market.
A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel!
The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch
We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice.
I would highly recommend this hotel

Ibis hotels are always comfortable and clean. This one was particularly helpful because we had a load of dirty washing and they directed us to a nearby laundry. It's very handy for all the good stuff in the centre of town and we'd stay there again. -

We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. They also helped with directions to the Altstadt for us to have a late lunch and were helpful in keeping our luggage whilst we went into town on the second day.

view - The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was large and clean. I arrived delay to cause problems on the highway. The staff, being over the schedule, served kindly a warm dinner.
