When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping.   The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb. The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting. I ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » would highly recommend for business people but not so much for tourists. - Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

  Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do.   My three week stay at the LiV'iN Hotel was spectacular. The staff were always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond expectations. I wiill certainly look to stay there again when I return to Frankfurt. - Large apartment style room and proximity to the city centre
