  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful.
