Have to say that this hotel is truly a gem - the single most unique spot we stayed on our 18 night european trip!!! Hotel receptionist struggled to communicate with us in English as we did not speak German - However, she went a - Fantastic location with wonderful views over Jena and its environs.   The location was great and the breakfast is very good. The hotel has an open feel to it, so it was very light and spacious. The staff were very helpful with all our queries and always a service with a smile. - Convenient location, comfortable room, magnifying mirror in bathroom
