  I liked the friendly welcome and the spacious, high ceilinged atmosphere of an old house, very well renovated and provided with excellent bathroom and kitchen.   The hotel is located close to Ostbahnhof and very close to U5 station. There are two bathrooms on the floor and I never had to wait for it. The internet works fine and there is a decent choice of TV channels in each room. - Clean and nice hotel with nice staff.   The stay at Boxhagener Höfe was the best experience I have ever had, in and out Berlin. I regularly stay in hotels but this stay was just perfect. The welcome is very warm and sincere. Nothing is too difficult, service is their keyword. The check-in went very smoothly and was also personal. It was light and spacious, equipped with all facilities. - This is one of the best holiday accommodations I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and like staying in a 5* hotel. The area is very cool with lots of restaurants and bars plus it still has the feeling of 'Old Berlin' about it. Very handy for rail connections. The staff are truly excellent and very welcoming, it was like staying with a close friend, you can't say better than that.
