I liked the room, which was very clean, and well planned so that the fact that it was quite small didn't really matter. The bathroom was very nice and clean.   The apartment was in a very nice Neukolln house with a beautiful staircase and a back yard where you can store bicycles. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, quiet, well maintained and comfortable. Very good alternative to a hotel. Staff was very efficient in accommodating the changes to the reservation that we requested. The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

Ubahn and bus within 6 min walking. 20minuteswalk to Tresor Club or in an other direction Wild at Heart for some Rock. If you want to walk to Brandenburger Tor its about 30 min. The kebap at Princenstrasse ubahn is super!!

  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical.
