  Everything! It was in excellent location - 5 mins walk from Minster (we could see it from room window) and in opposite direction from station. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.   This was a nice hotel with a compact but clean room with a very comfortable bed. The location was close to the train station and easy to find. It was also very convenient to the Cathedral and city sites. There was an Internet terminal in the lobby and free wifi there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English well.
