  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. It had a kitchenette, and 2 bedroo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ms ideal for families and long staying guests. Breakfast was truly satisfying. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF. Rooms clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast great choice and plentiful, Moon Bar open 24 hours with a good choice of drinks.   Great location. Wonderfully comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were verygood with a great variety of different foods on offer. The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception. Ihave never been to a hotel where I have been able to say that! - The staff at the Marriott were extremley helpful and friendly.
