  the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso. Breakfast is served as a buffet a
