  Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

  We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.

  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.
