  Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. It is directly across from the famous restaurant Auerbach's Keller where Goethe sets the scene in which Faust sells his soul to the devil. Great meal and wonderful paintings. The hotel is minutes from the famous Thomaskirche where Bach served as music director.

  Very helpful friendly staff, this is a very cool very retro place to stay. Only short walk to tram stop which took you straight into city centre.
