When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping.   pretty well perfect for a layover in frankfurt. three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. But for a layover, you don't want to go further than Hbf for convience. We arrived at 6pm. We took the S-bahn 3 stops to Hbf, walked one blo - About 100 meters from Frankfurt’s main station. Friendly staff. Super modern and clean rooms; the toilet especially with new elegant fittings. Hi-speed Wifi. Hot drink facilities even in the single rooms. Outside on the streets: prostitutes, drug dealers, mayhem. A suitable hotel for a blitz biz trip only.

The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting. I ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » would highly recommend for business people but not so much for tourists. - Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!
