Highly recommended. - I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.

  Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated. It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities. Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great value and has good variety. Room with private bathroom was really nice and very clean. Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

  We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)

  The hostel is situated very well to tour Berlin. Trains and Underground are close by. Great staff that was very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were tidy, so were the bathrooms. The breakfast was of good quality and the price of 5 Euro more than adequate. Parking was available to us even without a reservation. There seemed to be an adequate amount of powerpoints for everyone, and there were bonus bathrooms on my floor for when the one in my dorm was taken.
