was wonderful with washing machine, oven, fridge, and the owner even
put a radio in it. There was a balcony outside our room, we enjoyed
our breakfast outside with amazing mountain view. Everything was

This is one of the most wonderful guest houses I have ever seen. Everything is perfect. The staff is very friendly. There are welcome amenities: tea and coffee 24 hours, free wi-fi, a minibar with reasonable prices. We stayed in a room with a balcony - fantastic view. Beautiful location, large room with balcony and large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Very clean and comfortable (Although beds too soft for our taste). Good breakfast in the mornings and bike hire available. We had no car but it was an easy walk from train station (half an hour flat walk along the river). They also gave us free bus pass which we didn't end up using on our stay but could be useful. Typical beergarden/restaurant in the local village (500m away).

A lovely self catering, family run apartment. The family are very kind, helpful and friendly. Incredible views as well and ever so relaxing. It is very close to main attractions around Lake Konigssee area and Salzburg is only 45 minutes away.
