The hotel is in a very central location. It is very clean and comfortable. The personel is friendly. Easy access to everything,nice views of neckar river,nicehelpfull staff.lovely room overlooking ｗｉｔｈ plenty of room to move about. Great staff, great breakfast, great location. location. Staff were very helpful we arrived late in the evening and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was good, room clean and spacious and parking on site, good access to the town centre. Great city location, near pedestrial walkway and historic part of city. Great view overlooking Nekar River. Parking on site. The beautiful view from our room and the room was so big.the hotel staff is very friendful, they even helped me to reserve a good hotel in Nurnburg through LetsBookHotel.com, let us a good journey there. the location of the hotel is also good both to city centre and main station. The location is excellent, and the level of comfort very good. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was fine.Hotel location is close to shopping, dining, and attractions. Situation near centre. Breakfast was good. Location was good.Location.... old fashioned locks w/big, heavy room key. The entrance to the hotel is not very visible. Wireless internet was highly restricted to small (30 square foot) area of the lobby (next to registration desk, bar, and breakfast dining room. Would be nice if this wireless internet area were larger.A 10 euro cab ride from the train station. Not very modern/updated rooms. It is situated right next to a fairly busy road which could be noisy.The organization could be better. We were first assigned to a room that had not yet been cleaned. The hotel could use some maintemance. The floor was very creaky. The elevator was very old and small - a bit scary. In the hallway, some baseboard was coming loose abd sine wall-paper was coming off and looked pretty dirty. Though thre staff tried hard, information about other services, could improve. The hotel was a bit shabby and our room was extremely noisy from the traffic outside the window. Also there were no shutters or blinds, not even a proper curtain to block out the light.It was rather old, and the price was relatively high for what we got. The room was cold.Staff was confused about whether we had a reservation upon arrival. Staff offered a view room but did not advise that this would be very noisy. Windows were inadequate to keep street noise out. There was no soap. Hotel decription on the web site does not correspond to the reality.There was holes in the sheets that we were lying on. Mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls. Lamp next to the bedside table didn't work. Picture shown on website is not the true and correct place that is the place you are staying at.They say you can use the internet free of charge and it was 3 euros a day and was not easy to try and login.
