the hotel is a complete value for money.. extremely nice folks at the desk and very helpful. language is not a problem if you know english only .. the hotel provides a nice pvt bathroom. the breakfast is a nice spread considering that it is a budget hotel. the most striking part was the cleaniness.. the hotel and the rooms were absolutely clean and spotless. it also provide a nice wide parking space if you are in a car and the town is also accessible at all places on car. the caslte isnot far f.
kaikki arvostelut » This hotel is off the beaten track but that makes it quiet. I stayed for 7 nights in November and never had a problem with noisy neighbors or traffic. It is located close to public transport stops which made it convenient for me to get anywhere I wanted to go. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices at the best price I experienced in my Germany vacation. Casual atmosphere, clean and cozy. Its a modern hotel with elevators and a/c. The room was clean with basic things we needed to be comfortable for one night. Despite that it is complicated to get wifi connected for the first time, once you get through, the ipad gets the network automatically and it lasts for a whole year in all b&b chains in Germany. Almost everything. City centre is easily reched by car (5 minutes), tram or bus (15 minutes), or by walk (about half an hour). Hotel staff speaks good english. Private car parking free of charge. Breakfast is rather good (better take it, there are no cafes or restaurants around). B&B hotel is brand new with wonderful,friendly staff.We received far an beyond for the price.We only stayed over night but I wouldn't mind spending longer time.Great breakfast.Would recommend this hotel if you have a small budget.Very comfortable and clean. Not entirely the best location, I would say... Didn't also like the fact that I couldn't get a refund for the two days I had to leave earlier (the usual blabla excuses that make me sick). First of all is the location, it's not near the train station nor major tourism attractions. But this is not a big problem, Heidelberg is a small city, and we walked from hotel to train station, it only took us around 10 min. Second thing, though it's not fault of the hotel, the hotel location is not located in residential areas, there are flying bugs near by and sometime they got into your room. We killed two bugs during our two-nights stay. Nothing to remark. In the address, the number is wrong, the right number of the hotel is 22. So it was hard to find it, but with number 22 it was fine. Need to take the Bus to the city center. Every 30 minus per insertion. It is located in a non-resident area, almost no restaurants (beside Burger King) and shops for daily goods nearby. Do not trust google map, it is on the opposite side of Witter GmbH, so the nearest bus station is "Schwetzinger Terrassen". Nearest tram station is still "Rudolf-Diesel-Straße". Construction in front of building, obviously a temporary situation. Poor signs for entrance from car park. Just the location is a little bit inconvenient. However, there is bus no. 33 at the front street. You can buy the day ticket. It can travel around all over the town.~~. A bit far from the city center. The hotel is so new that you can still smell the paint. The Hotel was not close to The Altstadt as you would need to take a bus or a long walk. N/A. dog's poo on from parking to entrance knocking door by staff early morning. Quite far from the center, taht anyway can be easly reached by bus or tram. No towels when we arrived (but that was quickly rectified). Location is a bit hard to find Rooms are a bit small. the room is small, similar like ibis.but, considing the price, nothing to complain. Not quite finished building it yet. Forecourt was a building site. Overpriced breakfast. The directions supplied - we understood it is a short walk - it is off the map that we were given at the train station and the information desk attendant gave us terrible directions that unnecessarily took us way out of our way, walking through poorly lit and travelled areas late at night. We were very distressed. Would have liked a restaurant close by,. hard to hook-up internet connection. was not able to use our laptop.... A bit complicated to get to the city center without a car, the room is a bit small for three people. Bland design and limited parking spaces. it s gold in the night no mature how you try to set up the climatisation.
