The staff were very friendly, the view from our balcony was amazing. The children's bed was only a sofa bed (very hard). Breakfast was great. Everything but lack of wifi, best shower in Europe, great rooms with baclony overlooking alps, best free breakfast on trip, friendly staff. Very helpful staff | Great indoor pool | Magnificent views of the Alps and castles | Walking distance to lake.
