Ferienresort Cochem is a Holiday and Golf resort located in one of the most well known and popular holiday areas of Germany, the Moselle area.
The bungalows are located in the heart of the golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the Moselle landscape.
The various types of villas, mainly detached and newly built, are spread over the holiday resort. All villas are fully furnished and comfortable with a modern interior. They all have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. Some of the villas have a view of the golf course.
Surroundings: the medieval centre of Cochem is close-by and the area is surrounded by picturesque little wine villages. Recommendations are the gastronomy, the Moselle Riesling and the Cochemer Fortress, which is the symbol of the region.
Please note: the swimming pool of the resort is closed form the 5th till the 16th of november. You will be compensated with free entrance tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 115 will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not traveling as a family, will be charged EUR 50 deposit per person.
- Bed linen are available for an additional cost of EUR 8,50 p.p./change.
- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
