We liked the authenticity of the Castle. The staff made us feel special. They were well educated on the food, wine, history of the area. Also very accommodating when it came to luggage needs. This hotel was very clean. Our room was a suite on the top floor it had a beautiful bed and fun star lights in the ceiling. The view from our room was good. The hotel staff was very helpful. There was a lot of good food in our included breakfast. We were also pleased that the staff could speak English. We would highly recommend this hotel to friend

Excellent gourmet restaurant. Best food we tasted in our entire trip in the Rhein valley! You should eat there even if you stay at another guest house. The owner is extremely warm friendly and does every possible effort to help with the menu and in any other ways.
