  We liked the authenticity of the Castle. The staff made us feel special. They were well educated on the food, wine, history of the area. Also very accommodating when it came to luggage needs. Porter service to get luggage from parking to the castle is great as the person brought the bags to our rooms (tower rooms). Staff checked us in at 12(noon) and very accomodating with an infant.

  It is a very nice hotel, good location next to the marketplace in Oberwesel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms clean. We loved the design of the tap in the bathroom! Very unusual, we want the same at home!
