Very kind staff (although it's only available in person at certain hours, the rest of the time everything is done through machines or via phone, but it's not a problem as it's well organized).   Value for money and staff is very helpfull. Hotel is just 5 min in walking distance to train station where easy connection to franfurt and darmstad city center. Rooms are big and cosy with high celing. Rooms have small kitchen . - I liked the price, although it was a bit outside of Darmstadt. It was very close to the train stop.
