I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast
was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff
was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as
you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic.
The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
experience and hotel!

There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs
