  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   Very nice hotel with good public transportation to city center. Swimming pool, sauna and steam pool were free of charge. - Hotel staff was excellent and very very helpful. All around great staff.

  We thought that the standard of cleanliness and service of Sofitel was excellent and the food in the restaurant and tapas bar was also of high quality. Neither the cost of the room nor the meals were expensive particularly compared with London. We had a form of weekend break.   Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  Truely new and luxurious hotel, defintely worth 4 stars (i'd say allmost 5), excellent bar with barkeeper really making the best of all his servings. Afterwards perfectly taken care of error (can happen) on invoice. - Unfortunately I had to be admitted to hospital whilst staying at the hotel.
