price is affordable and the room is so nice. nice staff, very close to the citycenter and to the Dom, museums and so on. You don't need any public transport. Hotel was simple, clean, good price quality and the breakfast was more than standard.The Hotel is right near the Dom and the service was excellant very friendy and helpful. The owners cuban bar was also a good night out.

The desk staff Ebra and Gamze were very friendly and helpful. The hotelaccommodated a change in schedule, which did result in us staying 6instead of 7 days for the original price. Great location, though thepicture in in add did not seem accurate. Breakfast selections werevaried and fresh.Good location, central but not noisy. Friendly staff. Warm room. En-suite was small but perfectly adequate. Bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Although we didn't use the bar/restauraunt on the ground floor, except for breakfast, it looked very pleasant. Breakfast was not available on our last day at the appointed time, so wehad to miss it in order to catch our train to the airport. The hall way smelt horrible. There was no bedside light which was inconvenient.Would like to have had a hot breakfast. the only criticism I have, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in room. The hotel is kind of old and not repaired. showing of room, without the opportunity to consider a different one.The bed was terrible. Apartment needed some maintenance - to toilet and basin. Lights in kitchen and main living area. Very large coffee table with glass top at knee level but very small table at which to eat. I hope these are helpful observations.You have to ask for your rights :P the receptionist tried to put us in a room without shower and toilet although we have especially made the reservation to this hotel considering having a toilet in the room a primary reason for our choice. After us claiming what we deserved he gave us a room as in the reservation. The fact that for some rooms, the toilet facilities was out on the corridor. This information is not mentioned in the hotel description on the booking site.poor lighting room + bathroom. On the day of arrival they did not have a room for us and we had to spend a very uncomfortable night in a single room (we are not a couple). It was rectified the next morning and we were given a suite.room not cleaned each day. Only bed covers folded over. Toilet had no toilet paper, had to use tissues. Our second room had no soap and shampoos. Towels remained hanging over shower or on floor...were not picked up for washing. Everything to be honestly answered.1.Wifi is not avaible in the room while the introduction is avaible. 2. breakfast without soup and rice. Toilet ( WC) was not in the room. On the booking I ws advised these facikities were in room.too expensive for what it is offered and advertised. Room was for single person ie one of everything. Bed was not made properly and was a small double bed.
