  We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. They also helped with directions to the Altstadt for us to have a late lunch and were helpful in keeping our luggage whilst we went into town on the second day. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Ulla and Sarah are to be commended for their customer service. - Everything about this hotel. A short walk from the station,with good signposting.A Very friendly welcome by the reception staff on check-in.We were offered city maps,given easy explanations and code for WIFI,offered free tea/coffee in the lobby,which is available 24/7. Very comfortable room and bed,and all you need in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was superb,with excellent service to match.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well-organized and laid out in such a way that it was easy to serve yourself. As well, the selection was the best that I had on this trip (I stayed at 2 other places that also included breakfast). The Molitor had the widest selection of food.
