  The staff was very kind, the room was always clean and comfortable. The whole area of the Black Forest was beautiful.   Such a personal stay, and very relaxing. Loved that each member of the family and staff greeted us at our table for breakfast and dinner. Rooms, location, food and service were up to a 4 star standard. Would highly recommend staying here. - Very good resturant both for breakfast and dinner, staffs were very helpful.

  I thought it was overpriced for the location in such a small village. Also, letsbookhotel.com website said wi fi was available in all areas of the hotel. This was not the case. The front desk said wi fi was actually only available in the lobby. Had I known this, we would have chosen a different hotel.
