  everything. The rooms, the service, the location the atmosphere - you name it. - I loved the "Little Prince" pictures everywhere. The tea was lovely, the staff was helpful, friendly, and gracious. I also like the library and the use of the internet. My room was charming and more than adequate.

  This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel is recently renovated and very clean. Comfy beds too!   Location of hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The steam room and sauna was nice, but the indoor pool was to cool. - the staff were very nice . helping and smiling all the time
