A free shuttle service from the train station to the property is available. The Steeger Weinstube is located near scenic hiking trails and motorcycle routes.

The host was awesome, picked us up and returned us to the train station as the location is a bit of an uphill hike. he offered to give us rides at other times as well. very nice breakfast, wi-fi, TV, etc. The town of Bacharach is great and the B&B is is a nice walk (partly uphill) to the castle with superb views. The room was large with its own bathroom, very nice a quite. The owner is very nice and welcoming. He picked us up from the train station and also dropped us off again the day we were leaving. He also serviced us a German breakfast each morning of our stay.
