It was a good relation costs/benefits, clean, nice location (near a metro station and a beautiful park)
To go to this hostel:
by airport:
take the subway line U2 to the center (hauptbanhof), than you take another subway line U1 or U11 direction Messe and drop at this station.
Then walk in the direction Neusburg (there's sign) and you will find the hostel :)
I reccomend put this indications at the description, it would really help me.

This apartment has perfect location tight by the train station and the old city. Large with very well equipped kitchen, living area, spacious bedroom and amazing bathroom. The shower corner was just great! It was clean, nicely designed and the owner was very friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, we chatted a bit and his daughter spoke well English.

We were driving between munich and Berlin and just stayed for 1 night in prefer to see the Documentation Centre and rally grounds. Location is excellent for these (can easily walk), and if no need to go into city this is the best location, with a few of restaurant choices nearby. It is easy to reach by car if you come from the highway and there is free parking. Even if it isn't in the city center the S-Bahn station is very close to it and in less than 10 minutes you are in the city center.
