  Renate was extremely helpful helping us plan our routes via the U and S-bahn. She was welcoming and picked us up from the airport when we arrived late, and dropped us off at the S-bahn the following morning. She really made our first day in Berlin easier and welcoming.   Hotel great for our needs which was a quick stop off from coming in from Schonfield Airport. We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm.
