  The staff being very helpful and understandably experienced. The manager himself had to assist us with directions and as well as inputting addresses into our Navigation Systems.   It's really nice place for a good price. The room was very big and light, with two big windows, comfortable bed, wardrobe, two small cupboard and a tv (we didn't use it). Private bathroom at the opposite site of the corridor is a little bit strange but it wasn't inconvinient. The service is nice, most of them speak English or try to do it :) - The staff was incredibly friendly! The rooms were neat and the room size was very good for that price. We had our own bathroom which was very clean and comfortable. The S-Bahn is a 1-minute walk and you're in center real quick. Of course there are more central hotels, but in 15 mins you're at the Alexanderplatz. We stayed there for 4 days and haven't had any complaints. We highly recommend this hotel!

  For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv).
