  The people at the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were far better than expected for the low price. The location was convenient with a small mall nearby and several places to eat in walking distance. Although close to the airport it was far enough away to be quiet.   The room was very quiet despite being close to the Frankfurt airport. The staff was very accommodating and even washed some items of clothing for us. We asked for extra pillows which appeared the next day. The room was large with a mini-bar. The location was good.   Clean room, free wifi and a good breakfast though this was at extra cost. Close to Frankfurt airport. Use a taxi but make sure the driver knows where he is going. The driver we had was useless, rude and ended up dumping our bags on the road outside the hotel he thought was the right one.
