The house is absolutely lovely, with great attention to details. You get the sense that every thing has been planned to make you stay as pleasant as possible! The hostess, Michelle, and her staff are wonderful - they make you feel at home at once. Michelle also provided my husband and I (we were there for our honeymoon) with some excellent recommendations regarding shopping and dining in Tours. Not to mention that she knocked on our door and gave us a little tray with local wine and snacks, so .

The service is excellent, the manor is tastefully updated with original artwork both inside and in the lovely garden area. The rooms are very large and so is the bathroom. I could stretch my arms out to the sides in the shower it was so large. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone staying in this vibrant city. If you are looking for an outstanding Guest House, look no further, this is the place. The 19th century house is absolutely lovely, with great attention to decoration and details. The owner is wonderful and helpful, listen to her recommendation about where to eat and what to see. The host and hostess were eminently charming and accommodating. The house has character and charm while the suites are tastefully decorated with spacious and modern bathrooms. The bed was comfy and Hermes toiletries were a pleasant surprise. Fun and interesting contemporary sculptures are used on the grounds and the interiors. We stayed in the Siam suite, which is separate from the guest house. Beautifully designed, careful attention to all details and totally luxury. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast outside.We stopped here only while traveling to Spain, but could easily stay much, much longer. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. Owner, Michele, is excellent. The owner was very welcoming and hospitable. Close walking distance to the centre of town and good base for the beautiful Loire region. A place you love to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Great location, lovely spacious room. Everything. It was a little pricey compared to the other places we stayed during the trip; however, it did include breakfast which none of the other hotels did. Nothing. Nothing. Not a thing. Absolutely nothing. No ac but heat was tolerable (in July) with open windows. Had difficulty going online. It does have free wifi if you can get on. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well as our bed backed onto the bathroom next door and the tremendous noise from just taps running would wake us up. Soundproofing is a serious issue so I cannot recommend this room beautiful as it is. Breakfast was adequate, but boring and prescriptive after staying the best part of a week eating exactly the same thing. You shouldn't have to pay extra for eggs as the cost is already pricey. Nothing, love it!. Nothing it was all lovely. Nothing Thought we would have to carry bags up stairs but they have a lift. No telephone in rooms. If you needed somethinh st night would not know what to do. But it is a small boutique hotel and the owners live in 3 rd floor, so it was really like a home. No one expects you to need a plug to charge your ipad at 11 pm. We Loved the place. Since this is a private home the are closed at certain times of the year. So you might not be able to stay ther at the time you are in Tours. Nothing. Would have liked a small bar fridge in room and more tea/coffee in room. Nothing. nothing. All was perfect. In the most hot period of The year The airconditioning was turned off at 23h untill The morning. As a result it was unpleasant warm in The room at night. Second: we arrived after dinner at 22.20 back at The hotel and it was not possible to have a fresh drink or glass of wine ( no staff any more nor a thrust bar...) : not funny when you are on holiday... Owner was a bit odd. No telephone service. Nothing.
