Excellent location, within walking distance of cathedral and congress centre. Cheaper than hotel. Surprisingly quiet given location. Comfortable beds.
Very clean, soft, relaxing bed and toilets. It was totally a superb stay for a family of 3 considering. Trully excellent value for money.

Limited parking. Apartment really a studio with partitions. Needs some TLC (looks well used). Kitchen is very small and poorly laid out. Had to get plumber to fix shower.
Late night parking was hard to find but it was a bit of surprise to know it's free on weekends.
The second very tiny bedroom is a modified closet attached to the main bedroom. You must go through the first bedroom to get to the second which is divided by a screen. This obviously limited privacy.
The apartment is difficult to locate as there is no indication at street level.
