Great appartment that looks as good as it does in the pictures. It was very clean and super well equipped with everything you could need. The double rain shower is wonderful. It was very nice to have space to relax and stretch out after an eventful day. The neighborhood is fine, and there are cafes and stores very close.
I would stay again and recommend it to you.

Great Modern Apartment with good Facilities.
Not the usual boring accommodation.
Good location out of the Centre but easy access to Metro and Taxi.
Spacious with excellent Kitchen and Bathroom Facilities.
Stylish spacious appartment with a nice mix of design and IKEA pieces, very friendly host, good location close to Metro, calm, new kitchen, everything renovated.
A wonderful, spacious and modern apartment. Amazing shower! Daniel was excellent - really helpful. Loved it all.
Stylish and comfortable.
The location is a little far from the main sights, but that is easily overcome by the metro which is easy to take. On the plus side you have the opportunity to enjoy Paris away from the tourist crowds.
to set-up the temperature in the different rooms need a bit of experience, but after one day you know how to handle.
Payment Terms a bit complicated for Foreign Travellers.
No TV.
Only minor points, I will stay again in this appartment: pre-payment due in advance, the host was 20 min late, unusual configuration of bedroom (high bed, no windows), no TV, limited hot water to 200liters.
