Good value for money and everything was provided to a good standard, ie facilities, towels, washing materials etc.

Room were clean and nice furnitures, we had hundreds of towels as the housekeeper use one of the wardrobe as their storage so we just helped ourselves. How easy it is to confuse rue Poissonniere and Boulevard Poissonniere.
Having yo wait about 15min to have warm water in the shower.
Neither instruction and internet access was left.
The only down side of this place is the building, it's very old, the entrance is scary as the whole hall is supported by a scaffolding,but when you get to your room everything is modernised although an electric fan is needed specially if the weather is 32 degrees outside. Be prepare for a Friday night as there's a club or pub in the street and the music is up until dawn :(.
We booked the appartment because of the advertised location but to our
surprise, we have ended up in a different part of the city! Very
misleading as the advertised location is only the point where you pick
up the keys.. Also, the final appartment was located in a shabby
building, on the 4th floor - very inconvenient with two very small
children. On top, the management messed up the envelopes at the pick up
point so that in our there were instructions ready for another family!.
This was is a rip of... It's not even a hotel! Misleading
information regarding the location. There is no staff, and the check in
was terrible. I would not recomend this to anyone. A very big
disappointment. It should not be on letsbookhotel.com.
