Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If guests are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled appointment, a EUR 30 fee will be charged. If you plan on arriving between 20:00 and 21:00, please note that a EUR 50 fee applies. If you plan on arriving between 21:00 and 22:30, please note that a EUR 120 fee applies. If you plan on arriving on a Sunday, please note that a 30 EUR extra fee applies. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible. Please note: A EUR 600 deposit is required. Please inform Le Place Masséna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
